De bedoeling is dat kinderen op afgelegen plekken in de gelegenheid worden gesteld om leesboekjes uit het kastje te halen/ lenen.

Wij gaan samenwerken met Rajeev Nepali Dhar Joshi.

Eigenaar van uitgeverij KATHALAYA in KTM / Nepal.

Hij heeft het concept van de Book Bags onder beheer en wij vd stichting Thang mogen die tegen een gereduceerde prijs bij hem afnemen .

Wij hopen in de toekomst veel van deze Book bags te kunnen doneren aan scholen in afgelegen gebieden.

U kunt 3 niveau’s (3 zakken met in totaal 150 boeken) sponsoren en van ons krijgt U te horen op welke plek de door U gesponsorde Book-bags gedoneerd zijn.

The goal of this Book bag project is that children in Nepal get the opportunity to borrow books from these little bookcases in remote areas.

The goal of this Library Bookcase project is to give children in Nepal the opportunity to borrow books from these little bookcases in remote areas. At this moment, the blueprints for the construction of the bookcase are on its way to Nepal, where local craftsmen will build these cases for an average Nepali pay. We are in contact with several publishing houses of children’s books in Nepal, to fill our bookcases with nice children’s books. We warmly invite you to sponsor ‘your’ own Library Bookcase, for the minimal price of 195 euros. After the placement of the bookcase you receive information about where your bookcase is providing children’s books to children who, without your help, would never had access to different reading books.
